The lovato.pl site, henceforth referred to as "the Site", attaches great weight to protecting personal data of its users. This approach is expressed in our attempt to explain the rules of privacy protection to the users of the Site.

I. PERSONAL DATA

§ 1

All personal data disclosed by the User in the newsletter service registration form and other personal data collected by the Portal is processed in accordance with the scope of permission granted by the User and the requirements of Polish law, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Act on Rendering Electronic Services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

2. The administrator may entrust processing the collected personal data of the Site's users to an outside agent on the basis of an agreement made with that agent in accordance with point 31 of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997.

The user of the Site has the right to access his or her personal data and verify or edit it, as well as delete it.

Personal data collected by the Site may be disclosed, within the scope of applicable provisions of the law, to certain authorised organs of government.

II. COOKIE FILES

1. The lovato.pl site does not automatically gather any information other than the information contained within cookie files.
2. Cookie files are pieces of information data, in particular text files, stored on the Site User's device in order to make using the Lovato site easier and more convenient. Cookie files usually contain the name of the site they come from, period of storage on the device and a unique number.

   Session cookies are temporary files stored on the User's device until the moment of logout, leaving the site or shutting down the web browser software.

   Persistent cookies are stored on the User's device over a period of time specified in the cookie files' parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

   Third party cookies are files originating e. g. from servers of companies or service providers (like Google maps located within the Site) cooperating with the owner of the SIte. Cookie files from this category are set up within the Site by the following companies: Google, AddThis.

6. In many cases web browsing software (web browsers) allow storing cookie files on the User's device by default. Users of the Site may at any time modify their cookie files settings. In particular these settings may be modified in such a way that automatic cookie files support is blocked in the browser's settings or that the Site's User is informed each time a cookie file is stored on the User's device. 7. The operator of the Lovato Site wishes to inform that limiting cookie files support may affect the availability of certain functions within the Lovato website.
8. Cookie files stored on the Site User's device may be also used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Site's operator.

III. DATA CONTAINED WITHIN SYSTEM LOGS

Information contained within system logs, in accordance with general regulations regarding internet connections, are used by the site's hosting provider for technical and statistical purposes only.
